The Products, Sites, and Apps are collectively referred to in this privacy policy as the “Berkeley Fit Service”.
Because Berkeley Fit is committed to developing new and innovative ways to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through a better understanding of the impact that nutrition plays, this policy may change over time. If you want to record and save your nitric oxide test strip readings and track your consumption of nitric oxide rich foods, you must create a Berkeley Fit account. When you create a Berkeley Fit account, we will ask for your email address. Alternatively, you will also have the option to create your Berkeley Fit account using a different credential like your Facebook or Google+ account. If you choose to do so, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, like your name, profile picture, and friend list. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing Berkeley Fit’s access to that account.
When you record a test strip reading usign the camera we will store that information on our servers so that you may later review it. we will also store technical diagnostic information related to our software so that we may continue to improve the accuracy and performance of our software. You may, of course, delete any such reading at any time.
When you log that you have eaten a nitric oxide potent meal we will store that information on our servers so that you may later review it. You may, of course, delete any such meal at any time.
We pledge that we will only use your personally identifiable data in ways that are intended to help you optimize your nitric oxide status through the mangement of your nutrional intake of nitric oxide rich foods. For example, this might include:
